A Guided Meditation I Can Live With

Anyone else trying to work in some meditation every day?  If you haven't seen this yet, it's perfect for a work break. But: USE HEADPHONES!  Or your work break may be a bit longer than anticipated.

  2. I love it! Made Jeff watch this before he left for work, where he encounters so much BS...he said he'll replay it during the day when things get bad. Thanks for posting this!

  7. Thanks guys for stopping in! Sorry its just a brief post this time. But this video amused me so I thought I'd share. I'll definitely be back for the next Goal Post and who knows what else might appear here in the meantime, plus we have some more guest posts in the queue.

    Oh boy, that's great!!! Timely for me, because I actually do listen to a nice meditation audio that I really enjoy.

    3 rings? I thought that was the Olympics. :) You know, with just a little extra passive aggressiveness, I think we could wear down all our detractors!

  9. I didn't listen…but I can imagine. LOL! At the ashram there is meditation twice a day…whether I want to or not. The morning one is easy, as far as easy and meditation can go together…it is the evening one that gets me. But practice makes perfect!
