  3. A blessed Merry Christmas to all! We are baking and wrapping and remembering last minute stuff and having a good time.

    Once all the family celebrating is over, i get to spend another week-and-a-half surviving all the family togetherness. School and work are mostly out until Jan. 5.

  13. Happy New Year! May 2015 be filled with weird surprises of the kind that don't damage your retinas or retinae, take your pick.
    On a serious note, thank you for this site Crabby! You have no idea of the positive influence you've had on me! Came for the humor, stayed for the content, the message and ultimately, considered that a transformation was necessary, in order to achieve some goals that may not be achievable by half-assing nutrition.
    Thank you for the being a role model for a healthy life and a particular approach and perspective that sneaked into my subconscious mind until it became conscious. May the Universe reward you tenfold, for all you do!
