Yep, it's a pain in the ass--but you really need to exercise regularly to be healthy and fit. For lifelong well-being, you should strive to find a routine that's challenging, varied, and fun! (And, um, good luck with that).

A rule we've discovered here at Cranky Fitness: the better an exercise is for you, the greater the chance that doing it will feel miserable. However, we love to search for those rare exceptions, and we get very excited when something we don't hate turns out to be good for us.
