Here at Cranky Fitness, we heartily endorse whining, complaining, kvetching, griping, and moaning as part of a well-rounded approach to the demands of healthy living.  However, in addition to these techniques, we also occasionally suggest that you get off your butt and get motivated and actually accomplish something.

So every now and then we try to provide motivational tips, often offered in the spirit of "do what we say, not what we do."  And we also like to cover psychological research, even though it frequently annoys us, and tackle other "self-improvement" topics.
