But on the pull-up front, you're on. When I was a kid, I could not understand why anyone thought they were hard. Swinging from ring to ring was just plain fun - and I remember some very cool rings in the college gym, too. But somehow, when I was maybe 35, I was at a playground with my kids, and suddenly discovered that just hanging there was a serious challenge. Yikes. I have now reached the point where I can hang there, and even pull myself up a few inches, so it will happen one of these days. I am getting to know muscles I had NO idea existed before, though.
