I tend to eat when I get stressed out. If I am at home, that&amp;#39;s usually not a big deal because I rarely keep junk food at home, if I am at work, it&amp;#39;s more of a challenge because there is more available. I find the longer I eat the healthy food, the more my buds find the truly sweet foods, the natural sugars, the best. This is often determined by the degree of hunger I have.
