Then got sick of it and quit. I've been maintaining pretty well for maybe 6 months?<br /><br />I definitely agree with #3. Journaling isn't a life sentence. I saw people on myfitpal who had tried not tracking and they said they couldn't handle it. They had come back and were planning on tracking every single calorie for the rest of their lives! That's just insane! Journaling, whatever form you choose, should be a tool to help you learn healthy habits, not something you're forever dependent on.
