I try to find songs that are between 170-180 bpm now..but when I first started running I liked the ones in the 145-155 range. <br /><br />I also ask my teens for advice. How else would a song like "Indesctructible" by Disturbed, "Hell Yeah" by Rev Theory or "Run To The Hills" by Iron Maiden have ever made it to my list? LOL <br /><br />I am finding that 170-180 bpm is not such a good idea in the weight room. Lately I just listen to what is on the gym sound system but I think I need to come up with a good playlist for pumping the iron!
