In other words, I can do a Turbo Jam DVD in my living room, but I'm not going to run on the treadmill - it's boring (even with music). But I'll run outside in almost any weather, even rain. When I can come home not feeling significantly worse than when I set out, I prefer the outdoors. But This! Spring! buying the exercise bike has saved me from two or three months of sloth. Sloth?
