It sort-of works, depending on how strong the 'problem' is I'm trying to fix. It is helping with a phobia I'm working on, but I'm still having a bit of trouble with the phobia (probably because I don't listen regularly like you are supposed to)!<BR/><BR/>OT to Merry - I finally found a used Trek 800 mountain bike at my local tiny bike shop, and picked it up last week. So far I've only been able to ride it once, but learned I need a cushier seat. :-) I've got a WalkyDog on it already though, and have been working with the dog around the yard - I think he likes it as now he gets excited when he sees me move the bike!
